OR'LYS mousse

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 125 ml OR'LYS Herbal Orange
  • 'Lace Thins with Cashew Nuts' or any other biscuit
  • fresh mint

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites.  Beat the cream in another bowl. In a third bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar till it becomes a white mixture. 
Mix the mascarpone under the egg yolk-sugar mixture.  
Add OR'LYS Herbal Orange. Add the cream cautiously with a spatula and later also the egg whites. 

Fill different desert bowls. Chill them in the fridge for 5 hours till it is stiff. 

Finish with crushed 'kletskoppen' and fresh mint leaves on top.
